Transgender Day of Remembrance
Each year, we come together to mourn and honor the lives lost due to transphobic violence. Join us in spending the evening with our loving community.
The event will begin with an ancestor veneration ritual, followed by the reading of the names of trans people who have been murdered this year. We will close with uplifting live music by community members Heather Love and Mattie May.
This program is a community effort with support from @TransJoyRevolution and @the.reve.olution.
A comfortable, low/no-stimulation space will be available for those who need to take a moment to decompress or find peace during the event.
