On Saturday we had the opportunity to explore and On Saturday we had the opportunity to explore and enjoy a meal at the spectacular Klocke Estate in Hudson, NY - if you’ve not been, it’s definitely worth a visit! Designed by Ken Fulk, this Distillery offered incredible views of the Valley from its very well appointed bar and restaurant. Their spirits include Apple Brandies, Vermouths and bottled cocktails. The hillsides around the Estate were covered with countless varietals of their future apples and grapes for distilling - and provide a gorgeous backdrop to enjoy some stunning views of the Valley.
