Step into Unicorn Bar for another spellbound session of “Sketch & Burlesque” where fantasy, texture, and theatrical flair collide. This open figure drawing workshop is hosted by your ever-entertaining Emcee, Mx. Kitti Kat, who will be debuting a new Muse, 99: a bog-dweller caught at the crossroads of tech and
natura, who embraces the obscurity of the mundane. While she is /typically/ found under a transmission tower asking you to try her concoctions of foraged goods, the stars have aligned to bring her to our stage… a vision pulled straight from a Brothers Grimm fairytale, right into your sketchbook.
Expect dramatic silhouettes, flowing fabrics, earthy charms, and flashes of metal, all designed to spark imagination and movement on the page. The vibe is alluring, intriguing, mysterious but playful, and together we’ll draft a creative ritual where we celebrate form, character, and a touch of the uncanny.
No pressure, no pretension— no perfection expected. Whether you’re an artist who knows what you’re doing or you just want to pretend, this is the night to do it! Grab a drink, a pencil, and a friend to enjoy a fun, flirtatious space where everyone’s welcome.
