These special outdoor sessions meet every Saturday from May 31 to Sept 6 with a rotating set of amazing instructors from Shakti Yoga guiding the practice.

Please bring your mat, a towel, and a water bottle. (A limited number of mats will be available for those who need.) Your session fee also includes entry to Opus 40 for the remainder of the day.

Opus 40 is open rain or shine, except in the event of severe weather. As this is an outdoor class, bring what you’ll need to be comfortable and expect that your mat may take a bit of the mountain home with you. Using a mat that can withstand the ground is recommended.
