Out On The Farm 2024: A Queer Fall Festival

Gather with your queer family, friends and pets for the 12th Annual Out on the Farm celebration!

BGHV is proud to partner with our friends at Bad Seed Hard Cider to offer an all-ages night of fun and community that celebrates the best of Fall in the Hudson Valley.

Activities + Entertainment

  • 4pm – 6pm | Haaaaayrides by Bad Seed
  • 4p – 7p  |  Big Gay Hudson Valley Farm Market with fresh apple cider donuts, pumpkins, apples, and queer merchandise for sale
  • 4:30p – 5:30p  |  Drag Story Hour with Katarina Mirage presented by the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center
  • 4:30p – 5:30p  |  Craft Station for Kids from our friends at the Dutchess Pride Center
  • 8p – 10p  |  Beats and good vibes from DJ Gadget and an evening performance of Bushels & Pecs: A Barnyard Variety Show followed by a good ‘ol Orchard Disco dance party under the stars

Food + Drink

  • Hard cider, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale at the Bad Seed Hard Cider Bar
  • Dinner, snacks and ice cream for sale from the Bad Seed Hard Cider Pizza Truck and The Flavor Bandits plus fresh hot Paella!

Out On The Farm is appropriate for all ages. Dogs are welcome at the farm so long as they are kept on a leash.

Bushels & Pecs: Farm-Fresh Cabaret

Included with your admission to Out on the Farm will be an extra special farm-fresh cabaret featuring some of NYC + the Hudson Valley’s ripest fruits.

The Highland (Saturday) edition will be a more adult-appropriate evening performance while the Montgomery (Sunday) edition will be an afternoon performance appropriate for all ages.
