Men’s Nude Yoga – Fall 2024 Series (Kingston)
Taught by our instructors Tony B or Doug R, these 90 minute sessions are designed to offer participants an opportunity for social connection and yoga practice.
Focused on increasing mobility and relaxation, these sessions are appropriate for individuals with a wide range of yoga experience – from those just starting to those who are more familiar with the practice.
The first 20 minutes of each session are designed for casual interaction and provide an opportunity for participants to socialize with one another, connect with the instructor and to enjoy some nude social time.
These sessions are not clothing optional, although first time participants are welcome to use the first 20 minutes to ease into undressing. Participants are asked to please bring their own yoga mat and a towel and are encouraged to bring a full water bottle for hydration.
For our sessions in June, July and August, we’re limiting our offerings to mid-week evenings, as we know so many of our weekends book quickly. We’ll again offer weekend sessions this coming fall and winter.
