Pride Alley • Kingston NY Pride 2024

Kingston Pride’s 2nd Annual Pride Alley will bring together many of the groups, vendors and organizations that make Kingston the queer hot spot of the Hudson Valley. 

This FREE Street Fair and festival will pop-up on St. James Street and in the parking lot between Camp Kingston and Keegan Ales. Featuring a main stage with performances in partnership with the O+ Festival, information sessions presented by the LGBTQ+ Community Center and a family and dog-friendly community festival that includes games, entertainment and food from Camp Kingston all are welcome at Pride Alley! 

Pride Alley Events + Highlights

12:30p - 1p • Proud Pet Pawrade

Get your furry family in on the Kingston Pride fun with a pet pawrade from the LGBTQ+ Center to Pride Alley, followed by a Yappy Hour at Keegan Ales for all those pets and their owners. Learn more and register for FREE.

1p - 5p • Block Party

Connect with community & exhibiting vendors, have a bite to eat, grab a drink & enjoy live music & performances from local artists.

11:30a + 1:30p • Pride Themed Yoga Events @ the Yoga House

Breathe, stretch & flex with your queer fam with Rainbow Vinyasa and Family Yoga classes.

1p - 4p • Pop-Up Programs with the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center

As part of Pride Alley, the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center will be presenting four free “pop up programs” in the O+ Clinic Space on St. James Street.  Pop-ups include:

  • 🏳️‍🌈 1p  |  Know Your Roots: Queer History Trivia
  • ✂️ 2p |  Crafting Connections: DIY Zine Making
  • 🏳️‍⚧️ 3p |  Bespoke Gender: Trans Health Info Session
  • ⛑️ 4p |  Play It Safe: Sexual Health Jeopardy

5p • Meet the Artists of “Phantasmagoria” @ the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center

After a festive day in the sun at Pride Alley, are invited for a special “Meet the Artists” reception in the Apuzzo Hall Gallery at the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center featuring the works of the current Phantasmagoria exhibit.

5p - 7p • CommuniTea Dance + BBQ

Keep the Pride Alley block party going @ Camp Kingston/Keegan Ales as we shift from live music to a good ‘ol fashioned DJ’d Tea Dance (no cover!) with food & drinks available for sale.
