The Arts Society of Kingston (ASK) is proud to present Kingston, A Portrait in Watercolor, a solo exhibition by accomplished watercolor artist, Ray Curran, on view from July 5 through July 27 in ASK’s Spotlight Gallery.
Known for his luminous technique and evocative scenes, Curran brings his distinct vision to the streets, waterfronts, and architectural gems of Kingston, NY. From the weathered charm of Rondout’s riverfront to the atmospheric streets of Uptown, this vibrant exhibition features approximately 25 watercolor paintings that capture the essence of Kingston.
Created over the past several years, Curran’s works vary in scale and reflect a deep connection to place, community, and transformation, capturing the spirit and texture of a city rich with history and evolving identity.
