Pride season 2026 was ushered into the Hudson Valley on Saturday May 30th by a parade of two of the world’s largest Pride flags. 250+ volunteers and thousands of spectators cheered the procession on at BGHV’s 3rd annual Pride in the Sky celebration on the Walkway Over the Hudson. Complete with community festivals, entertainment from Broadway in Beacon, a Queer Families Festival produced in partnership with the Dutchess County Pride Center, and a nighttime dance party on the bridge, the event officially kicked off a fabulous season of LGBTQ+ programming happening all across the region.
