The dream of the 90s is alive in – Woodstock! Teen Angst ’25 features 3 teen bands, bringing the angst and energy of Riot Grrrl, Punk, Grunge, Alternative Rock, and Power Pop, reinterpreted through a Gen Z lens.
All female trio Mona Freaka have been making waves playing with everyone from punk bands to Moon Unit Zappa, and come fresh off the release of their first EP “Pucker & Pout”, released on limited edition pink vinyl & usb cassette, which will be available exclusively at the show! LowLight channels Seattle grunge vibes & early era emo with covers & originals, while Rhythm Rivival find their inspiration across a multi-genre spectrum. Check out the sounds of the next generation!
