Mushroom Walk with Chris Baker

This engaging experience is led by Chris Baker, an author, professional mycologist, and founder of Chicory Naturalist. She is a certified forager and enthusiastic guide to the mysterious world of fungi, leading excursions in the Hudson Valley bioregion. Running through all of Chris’s professional endeavors is a passion for reconnecting broken chains of generational knowledge about the natural world.

Participants in Chris’s mushroom walk will earn important skills for mushroom identification, sustainable foraging practices, and appreciation for the many roles fungi play in our ecosystem.
