Do you have a story that needs to be told? Whether working on a creative project or you have an idea, this workshop will inspire practical tools to bring our authentic voices and ideas to life; find the core of our stories, resist the resistance that holds us back; and create a roadmap to fulfill our creative potential.

The workshop will include guided meditation, writing prompts, guidance on establishing a writing discipline that taps into our authenticity, & tips for creating a practical structure to complete our projects, as well as time to write, and optional sharing with the group.
