BGHV & The Yoga House are offering a series of pop-up classes taught by queer instructors of various ages, experiences & expressions, the goal being to create a consistent & comfortable practice in a shared space for all members of our community.

These pop-up classes, created in partnership with Big Gay Hudson Valley, are focused on building and further strengthening our LGBTQIA+ community.
