Truman Capote’s “A Christmas Memory” with Scott Ramsey
Scott Ramsey’s annual reading of Truman Capote’s holiday classic, A Christmas Memory, will take place at St. Andrew Episcopal Church, 15 South Ave., Beacon, NY, 12508 at 6:00pm on Sunday, December 3rd. Celebrating its 13th year, Fort Beacon Studios, with permission from the Truman Capote Literary Trust, continues an annual tradition of this live reading with Scott Ramsey and directed by Barry Hoff.
All proceeds from the reading will help to raise funds for the Big Horizon Project. Established in 2010, the project seeks to broaden the artistic horizons of fine arts students. 100 percent of the profits from this reading will fund the Big Horizon Scholarship for Beacon High School students pursuing fine arts.
