“Raise Every Voice,” Art Show Opening

“Raise Every Voice,” features digital photography, paintings, and prints by three diverse LGBTQ+ artists of the Hudson Valley.  Over two dozen works of art, exhibited on two floors, the show is thought-provoking and touching.  Ben Eichert manipulates digital photography in his deeply personal pursuit of healing.  Tracy Bouvette’s expressionist paintings evoke feelings around our elemental disappointments and fears.  And Jan Donley’s sweet, surreal, twists on everyday experiences in her “train series” are fed by the profound voices in her head and in depicted in the backgrounds.  All works are for sale, with 30% of proceeds benefitting the Center.  The show opens Saturday, January 20th, and runs through March 2nd, Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 3-7.
