Out On The Farm 2024: A Queer Fall Festival (Montgomery)
Big Gay Hudson Valley presents Out on the Farm: An All-Ages Queer Fall Festival at City Winery Hudson Valley’s Riverside Outdoor Vineyard and Amphitheater from 1pm – 6pm, Sunday, October 6, 2024.
All ages are invited to spend a fall day at the vineyard with hayrides, pumpkin picking, delicious eats, games, live music, farmstands, and a very special adoption event with the Humane Society of Walden!
Activities + Entertainment
- All Day | Beats and good vibes throughout the day from DJ Gadget
- Time TBA | Drag Story Hour with Katarina Mirage presented by the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center
- 1p – 3p | Haaaaaay rides
- 1p – 3p | Pumpkin picking
- 1p – 4p | Nature’s Impact – pottery making and painting
- 2p – 4p | Humane Society of Walden adoption event
- 2p – 5p | Out on the Farm Marketplace with farmstand apples, fall flower bouquets, + seasonal offerings from local growers
- 3p – 5p | Pumpkin painting contest
- 5p | An evening performance of Bushels & Pecs: A Barnyard Variety Show
Food + Drink
City Winery’s Food Court will be open from 1p – 6p with wood-fired pizzas, items from their smoker & grill, salads, snacks, ice cream, plus fall favorites like apple cider donut holes and candy & caramel apples.
Wine tastings and bottle sales open from 1p – 6p with tours of the winery available.
