Nude Men’s Yoga (Highland)
Pink Stallion Events is partnering with the Yoga House to offer nude yoga for men and and masc people. Trans and non binary menfolk welcome. We’re excited to make these programs available at the queer-owned and operated Yoga House for the first time in the Hudson Valley.

Taught by Tony, a local resident and experienced yoga instructor, these 90 minute sessions are designed to offer participants an opportunity for social connection and yoga practice. Focused on increasing mobility and relaxation, these sessions are appropriate for individuals with a wide range of yoga experience – from those just starting to those who are more familiar with the practice.
The first 20 minutes of each session are designed for casual interaction and provide an opportunity for participants to meet one another and connect with the instructor. Future plans include special guest instructors and facilitators.
These sessions are not clothing optional, although first time participants are welcome to use the first 20 minutes to ease into undressing. Participants are asked to please bring their own yoga mat and a towel and are encouraged to bring a full water bottle for hydration.
