Heart of Midtown: Go All In For Mental Health
FREE live music, art and wellness workshops, trauma-informed yoga and meditation, pickleball, and more! we invited organizations that provide mental health services in our community to host a table and share information to raise awareness to the mental health crisis that faces our youth and provide information of the services and tools that exist in our community. workshops include zine making, building community free little library, singer songwriter workshops, flash tattoo sale, flower arranging, DIY journal, collaging, art therapy, herbalism and more! hosted by rewind kingston, westkill supply, radio kingston, upac, brookelane, and pakt.
