Gay Glitter Guild
Calling all crafty queers for the Gay Glitter Guild – where everything is “homo-made!” Join Orange County Queer Collective and the REACH Center in Newburgh for a drop-in crafting event on Wednesday January 28 from 6-8pm.
Bring something you’re working on (knitting, scrapbooking, embroidery, watercolor, jewelry making, anything!), or find something to work on. We will have the following materials and tools available:
- vision board creation station
- screen-printing (bring your own item / print using our premade templates)
- greeting card creation station
- sewing machine (bring your own fabric / make your own tote bag demo)
Other things to know:
- finger foods and drinks provided
- 18+ (under 18 welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian)
- RSVP is appreciated (to plan for food & supplies)
