BARNWOOD 2023 – Pink Stallion’s pop-up queer art show + sale – invited hundreds of attendees through the doors of Camp Kingston (36 St James St, Kingston, NY) December 8th – 10th, 2023 to view 300+ original works by 40+ LGBTQ+ artists from the Hudson Valley, New York City & broader United States.
Attendees got a chance to meet some of the exhibiting artists (as well as fellow makers & art lovers) and purchased hundreds of pieces, generating nearly $20,000 for the creators. Hudson-based outlets Dream Brother Gallery + Made X Hudson hosted their own pop-ups in the exhibition on Saturday, selling artwork, clothing, textiles & more.
NYC-based burlesque performers Go Go Gadget & Mizzaddy came up & turned out for Friday night’s Blue Ball opening party while Kingston-based DJ Tommy Calamari spun at Saturday’s BARNWOOD: After Dark.
