The Yoga House – a LGBTQ+ locally-owned business – has opened a new Poughkeepsie location. To celebrate BGHV has partnered with them to offer a series of pop-up classes taught by queer instructors of various ages, experiences & expressions, the goal being to create a consistent & comfortable practice in a shared space for all members of our community.
Classes are scheduled twice a month from November 2025 through February 2026. Check out the schedule below and book your spot on their website.
