After experiencing severe burnout and heartbreak, Julian Porcino embarked on a transformative spiritual journey that led him to discover the profound healing power of yoga combined with breathwork.

He’s now offering his men’s yoga + breathwork sessions in Kingston at the Yoga House starting in early March.

Through this practice, Julian learned to release deeply held pain and emotions while accessing a meditative and restorative state of mind.

Experiencing its life-changing effects firsthand, Julian delved deeper into breathwork studies, honing his craft and developing a passion for helping others on their healing journeys.

Today, he loves sharing this powerful gift with other gay, bi, queer, trans men and straight allies - who strip down upon entry - guiding individuals toward emotional release, clarity, and peace through the practice of yoga combined with rhythmic and intentional breathing.
