Halloween Double Feature: FRANKENSTEIN & BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN w/ Sleepover Trading Co.
Join Sleepover Trading Co and Catskill’s newly reopened Community Theater for a classic monster double feature on Halloween night.
We kick things off with 1931’s FRANKENSTEIN starring Boris Karloff before the monster meets his mate in 1935’s THE BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN where the Uncanny Karloff is joined by Elsa Lanchester. Both films are directed with dark humor by out director James Whale while Bride stars queer actors Ernest Thesiger and Una O’Connor.
During a brief intermission, audiences will be treated to a special Frankenstein-themed clipshow.
