We the People: Defending Justice and Resisting the Authoritarian Agenda

The fight for justice is at a crossroads. From Project 2025 to the OBBBA, coordinated attacks are threatening hard-won rights, freedoms, and protections across our nation. These aren’t just political maneuvers; they are blueprints to roll back civil liberties, undermine democracy, and silence marginalized communities.

Join The Prolific Circle, Citizen Action NY (Hudson Valley), GLAAD, and the NAACP Northern Dutchess Branch for a timely panel discussion on what’s at stake and how we can resist during these uncertain times. Together, we’ll unpack these authoritarian agendas, connect the dots, and chart strategies for collective defense and action.

Date: Thursday, September 18, 2025
Time: Panel 6–8 PM | Doors open at 5:30 PM
Location: Vassar Institute for the Liberal Arts (Elm Room) | 165 College Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY
