Gay Glitter Guild’s Crafting Night
Calling all crafty queers for the Gay Glitter Guild – where everything is “homo-made!” Join Orange County Queer Collective and the REACH Center in Newburgh for a drop-in crafting event on Tuesday August 19th, from 5:30-8:30pm.
Bring something you’re working on (knitting, scrapbooking, sewing, anything!), or find something to work on. We will have the following materials and tools available:
- screen-printing (bring your own item to print on)
- greeting card creation
- collaging
- Cricut
- sewing machine (bring your own fabric / make your own tote bag demo)
Other things to know:
- finger foods and drinks provided
- 18+ (under 18 welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian)
- RSVP is appreciated (to plan for food & supplies)
Bring yourself and bring your friends – we can’t wait to spend the evening together getting crafty!
