“everyplace is life”

Produced by Francesca Avani, Bridge Street Belly Dance is a professional dance showcase in Catskill, NY, celebrating its seventh year of innovation, growth, and storytelling through movement and dance at Bridge Street Theatre.

The carefully curated lineup for this year’s show, “everyplace is life”, consists of dancers who thoughtfully fuse many different styles to create an authentic and personal expression of their own. Collaborating once again with poet Alysia Quinn and exploring the concept of holding pain and beauty through growth, “everyplace is life” will feature brand new artists and styles including a world renowned multi-disciplinary artist from Las Vegas, Jesse Sykes, who incorporates elements of many different styles of street dance, including waving, into his artistry and storytelling.
