Len Jenkin’s ‘Stella Maris’
For One Night Only: DENIZEN Theatre presents a public reading of ‘Stella Maris’, an imaginative new play from playwright Len Jenkin.

‘Stella Maris’ is a story of a young woman trying to find her way in a complicated, frightening, and amazing world. Her adventures take her from her mother’s graveside, to a penthouse suite, to a private yacht, to the town of Port of Saints in Bermuda, to a swamp, to the Land of Shades, and to the fabled El Dorado.
LEN JENKIN has received OBIE awards for Directing and Playwriting, a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Rockefeller Foundation Award, the Helen Merrill Award, and National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships.plays include JONAH, TIME IN KAFKA, AMERICAN NOTES, PILGRIMS OF THE NIGHT, CARELESS LOVE, DARK RIDE, MY UNCLE SAM, LIMBO TALES, PSALM 151, and LIKE I SAY. His works for the stage have been produced throughout the United States and Europe, as well as in China and Japan.
