ACRONYM is renowned as one of the edgiest and most forward thinking Baroque ensembles. They will make a rare appearance in the Hudson Valley joining forces with noted bass-baritone Robert Osborne in this fiercely entertaining concert. ACRONYM is an “outstanding young early-music string ensemble” (The New Yorker) dedicated to giving modern premieres of the wild instrumental music of the seventeenth century.
