DESCRIPTION: Come join @OUTNewburghBeacon for “Shared Stories” at the Newburgh Fringe Festival.\n\n “Shared Stories” will be performed on bothFriday evening, October 24 at 6 PM at the ADS Warehouse, 105 Ann Street, NewburghandSaturday afternoon, October 25 at 12 PM at the Stagehouse Theate, 104 Ann Street, Newburgh\n\n“Shared Stories” is an audience-interactive theatrical event where a cast of players will tell stories and invite the audience to respond with their own anecdotes and tales.\n\n\nBios:\nNiki Thompson is the founder of OUTNewburgh-Beacon, an organization bringing the LGBTQ+ community together to share our beauty and create and experience joy, often producing Burlesque events in the Hudson Valley. Niki spent a lot of time in art classes and drama club as a youth and has found great pleasure in storytelling as a path to making connections.\nFred Brown is a NY Emmy nominated content creator committed to social justice and equity. Fred is a passionate storyteller who believes that marginalized voices matter and must be heard. Fred currently works as Supervising Producer at BRIC TV and holds a B.A. degree in Journalism from Howard University, Washington, D.C.\nZelda aka Judith Z. Miller is a queer elder multimedia artist, storyteller, and producer. Zelda is known for her raw, hilarious and vulnerable stories, and also her solo multi-media show, “Que Será Será: A Life’s Journey of Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression,” available at HUDSY.TV and QueSeraSeraShow.com Facebook and Instagram: @ArtistSoulSpeaks.\nDarlene Costello is a Nurse Practitioner in the Hudson Valley who has been lucky enough to take part in acting, directing, playwriting and storytelling in the past year plus. She dedicates her creative endeavors to her late brother, Brendan Costello Jr, who was her comedy partner at the gallows.\nKayne Bland-Clark A trans non-binary creative, fundraiser, and activist, Kayne Bland-Clark is the President and co-founder of Orange County Queer Collective. They believe in the power of personal stories and the magic of artistic expression to bring people together. Kayne lives in Cornwall, NY with their partner, three kids, and cat, and dreams of retiring to an out-and-proud small town somewhere in the Green Mountains of Vermont.\nAmanda Rue is an intimacy coordinator, pleasure coach, and BDSM consultant on the Emmy-nominated Hulu/FX series Dying for Sex. She works at the edge of safety and seduction, guiding people back to their bodies, boundaries, and pleasure.\n\nWe’ll be so excited to see you there!!!\n\n\n
