DESCRIPTION:Seasons of Change is a uniquely designed support group which incorporates mindfulness to regulate emotions and foster insight, support and healing while discussing a difficult topic for most: change. With the goal of creating healthy changes in one’s life, we will explore possible barriers and resistance to change in an affirming space. We will utilize the backdrop of the changing seasons as a guide for our work together.\nDetails:\n– 8 weeks – once a week for 90 minutes\n– in person at Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center\n– This group is open to individuals who identify as LGBTQ+\n– Closed group to create a safe space\n– Registration required by October 3rd\n\n
