Vendors will be set up on both sides of the Walkway selling food & non-alcoholic beverages. Food and non-alcoholic beverages can be taken onto the Walkway Over the Hudson.

Pride Flag Procession Across the Walkway

At 6:45p a 16-foot wide, 200-foot long portion of Gilbert Baker’s original 8-color Pride flag and a 125-foot long community-supported & created trans Pride flag will step off from the Dutchess County (east) side of the Walkway and proceed to the middle of the Walkway.

Light Up the Night in Rainbow

Rainbow Bridge Lighting

The Walkway’s LED lighting system will have portions of the pathway illuminated in a wash of color as the adjacent Mid-Hudson Bridge shimmers in rainbow.

Illuminated Costumes & Decor

What better way to make the most of a nighttime Pride event than to light it up! In addition to the rainbow lighting on the Walkway + Mid-Hudson Bridge, everyone is encouraged to come in their best illuminated look. From bracelets & flashlights to full costumes & puppets, we want to see that night sky glowing with Pride.

Dance the Night Away

There’s nothing quite like dancing 212 feet in the sky under the stars. Come twirl with DJ Prephab as they spin up a disco dance party at the center of the bridge or shake it with DJ GoGo Gadget at the performance stage on the Highland (west) side of the Walkway.
